Welcome Address

We are pleased to announce that Professor Emily Burton, Nottingham Trent University, will present the opening address. 

Her talk will focus on the role of collaboration between industry and academia in driving resilient livestock production.

Emily is a Professor in Sustainable Food Production. She undertakes a mixture of teaching, commercially driven research investigations and applied research into poultry nutrition and related fields.
