The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) is seeking a Multistakeholder Partnership Specialist to join the Secretariat of the Livestock Environmental Assessment and Performance (LEAP) Partnership in Rome, Italy.

 

The LEAP Partnership is a global multi-stakeholder initiative that brings together governments, research institutions, international organizations, civil society, producer organizations, the private sector and financial institutions to advance science-based approaches for improving the environmental performance of livestock supply chains.

 

The selected consultant will contribute to the coordination and delivery of the LEAP work programme, including partnership engagement, technical coordination, knowledge management, communications, capacity development and outreach. The role offers an opportunity to support international collaboration on sustainable livestock transformation, environmental sustainability, climate action and One Health in agrifood systems.

 

We encourage applications from motivated professionals with relevant experience in multistakeholder partnerships, sustainable agriculture, livestock systems, environmental sustainability, international development, policy, communications or programme coordination.
